Less than an hour ago veteran Hollywood talent Sam Mendes, known for giving us blockbuster hits ‘American Beauty’ and ‘Road to Perdition’, took the lid off of one of next year’s best-kept secrets… The highly-awaited Bond 24!

In a live-televised broadcast from Pinewood Studios, the Oscar-winning director revealed much about the 24th installment in the hugely-successful Bond franchise. Christened ‘Spectre’, the latest Bond film will see British bad boy Daniel Craig return as the vodka-martini drinking super spy, alongside Italian beauty Monica Bellucci and Parisian-born bombshell Léa Seydoux.

Other returning stars include versatile talent Ralph Fiennes who will be stepping-in for Judi Dench as the new ‘M’, and Naomie Harris as the ever-faithful Moneypenny. Mendes had earlier revealed that ‘Django Unchained’ star Christoph Waltz had signed-on to play the baddie, and today confirmed that he will be joined by ‘Sherlock’ star Andrew Scott and Guardian of the Galaxy Dave Bautista.

‘Spectre’ will also see the introduction of one of England’s newest heroes… the specially-designed, limited edition Aston Martin DB10. Filming on the latest installment is set to begin sometime within the next few weeks, and will see the team travel to Tangiers and Mexico City, as well as film some key scenes in Merry ol’ London.

‘Spectre’ is slated for release November 6th, 2015.
