Dubbed the ‘Golden Cristal Ube Donut’, the ube mousse and champagne jelly-filled delicacy is a hot item at the Brooklyn-based eatery the Manila Social Club. Created by the Club’s Executive Chef and Co-Owner Bjorn De La Cruz, each donut is hand gilded in 24K Gold Dust and 24K Gold Leaf.
